Allison Frahn

Awhile back I did a write up on the lovely K.L. Frahn.
Well here is her sister, the equally beautiful Allison Frahn.
Allison was born on September 27, 1980 in Nanuet, NY.
She definitely has a ripped lean look, and if you go to her website and check out her bio, you'll see that this young woman overcame a tremendous obstacle to get to where she is today.
It's a very inspiring story.
Besides doing figure competitions and being a fitness model, she has a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware.

Tiffany Forni

Tiffany Forni is a self confessed “Fat Girl turned Fitness Nerd”.
This young woman is a testament to the fact that you can achieve your goals.
She started out with nutrition, and was lucky enough to find a nutritionist in a store that helped her.
After losing 30 pounds she decided that wasn't enough and went to Bodybuilding.com online.
Yes... online.
There she found people to help her get motivated, and on the bodyspace section she actually found a coach to help her.
You can read more about this and get all the details at her very own fitness site... http://www.tiffanyforni.com/
She has come full circle now.
She needed help and now she is helping others.
Her goal is to become a world class champion figure competitor, spokesperson and model, and I don't see anything that can stop her.

Contest History:
2008 Seven Feathers NPC Bodybuilding and Figure competition, 3rd Figure Tall Class.
2008 Northwest Bodybuilding and Figure Championships, 1st FigureTall Class.

IFBB Figure Pro Jodie Minear

The last time I did an entry on the gorgeous Jodie Minear, she was a fitness model and NPC figure competitor.
Now she is a fitness model and IFBB Figure Pro.
I think Jodie is one of the most beautiful women competing today.
She's the perfect blend of size, symmetry, sultriness, sexiness and I think I just ran out of adjectives that start with a S.

And since the last entry on her, Jodie has been pretty busy in competition....

2008 NPC National Bodybuilding & Figure Championships - 4th Place
2008 NPC XII Annual Ronnie Coleman Classic Bodybuilding Fitness & Figure - 1st Place
2009 NPC Junior National Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships - 1st Place
2010 IFBB Phoenix Pro - 5th Place
2010 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure & Bikini - 16th Place

Monique Minton - Female Fitness Competitor

Monique Minton continues to be one of the most popular female fitness competitors on this blog.
And there's little wonder why.
This lovely half filipinia, half polish model has graced the cover of not only female fitness magazines, but muscle and fitness mags like Flex several times.
And the beautiful five foot, ten inch, one hundred and fifty pound fitness beauty keeps adding to her list of female fitness competitions...

2008 NPC John Sherman Classic Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championship - 1st Place

And as I have mentioned before, besides competitions and fitness modeling, Monique is training in BJJ and MMA, so I wonder if we will see her debut in the steel cage?

Tanji Johnson Updates

I said in my last entry on the beautiful IFBB fitness pro Tanji Johnson that even though her American Gladiator name was Stealth, I bet you wouldn't have a hard time seeing her.

Well I was right, at the 2009 IFBB Arnold Classic, Tanji came in 16th place.

And the website LA Muscle TV has a two part feature up on this young lady that you can see here:
http://www.lamuscle.tv/player/hollywoodextra/70

Watching her practice her routine in the second part of that feature, I couldn't help but think what a MMA fighter she would make.
Of course right now her plate is full enough as a personal trainer and fitness coach.
But how awesome would Tanji Johnson versus Gina Carano be?
